SOCIAL & INVOICE for Windows Network Version 2{socialinvoiceNV2_35.38.002} built on 3/17/2026
When installing the network version of the SOCIAL & INVOICE programs, please
remember the following:
- If you are using the SOCIAL/INVOICE Program on a network, the
default location of where INSTALLSHIELD is installing the update must be
changed.
If the update is installed at the wrong location, it takes between 15 and 30
minutes to correct. When installing the update, you have the opportunity
to review where the update is installing. The update should never be
installed to \SELECT NETWORK LOCATION. For most LDSS, the path will end with "\SOCIAL".
- You must have Administrative rights. If you receive an error when
installing the program, verify that you have Administrative rights.
- All users must be out of the SOCIAL & INVOICE Programs when installing
the update. The ideal time for installing is before 8:00 AM or
after 5:00 PM. This prevents other users from accessing the programs
while the update is being installed. If users are in the program, the
update will not install correctly. All users must be out of both
programs prior to installing the updates.
